Heavy Duty Cleaning and Surface Preparation
The sandblasting process involves using compressed air to project sand in a fine stream at high velocity. At PT Yerry Primatama, sandblasting is particularly used as a surface preparation method- to remove old paint, dirt, oil and rust from metal surfaces and ensure effective bonding for coating and rubber lining.
We are equipped with 8 x 12 m blasting room and a complete range of blasting facilities to meet the demands of our customers. Our qualified operators have completed training and obtained Blasting & Coating Operator certification from ASCOATINDO (Indonesian Coating Association).
We adhere to all appropriate industry standards and government safety regulations when performing sandblasting services by providing dust collectors, breathing protection and protective clothing.
